- Oversee the operations of multiple stores in a designated region.
- Ensure that all stores are meeting company standards for sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to store managers and their teams.
- Train and develop store managers to effectively lead their teams and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with store managers, corporate leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the district.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient replenishment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of store managers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to store managers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company at district and regional meetings, conferences, and events.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the district.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Teams
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management
