  1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, handle customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure all customer needs are met.
  2. Lead and train service team: Train, coach, and motivate service team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  3. Ensure store operations run smoothly: Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory management.
  4. Uphold company standards: Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers and employees.
  5. Monitor and improve service performance: Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall service experience.
  6. Collaborate with management team: Work closely with store managers to develop and implement service strategies, resolve customer issues, and improve store performance.
  7. Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and sales to assist customers and make informed recommendations.
  8. Handle escalated customer issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer concerns are handled promptly and efficiently.
  9. Maintain a positive work environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees.
  10. Perform administrative tasks: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed to support store operations.
