- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for store associates in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among store associates.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and store operations, providing feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager.
