
Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising

- Oversee and manage the merchandising operations of the store, including product placement, displays, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Ensure that all product displays and layouts are visually appealing and in line with company standards.
- Train and supervise the merchandising team to ensure they have a strong understanding of merchandising principles and are able to execute tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them through effective merchandising strategies.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly to drive sales and meet targets.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess the overall appearance and organization of the store, and take necessary actions to address any issues.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness throughout the store, including backroom and storage areas.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to merchandise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' merchandising strategies to continuously improve and innovate our own strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the Store Manager.
