Asset Protection Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store surveillance cameras and security systems to detect any suspicious activity or theft.
2. Investigate any incidents of theft or security breaches.
3. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of any incidents.
4. Maintain communication with local law enforcement in order to investigate and apprehend any suspects.
5. Ensure store policies, procedures, and regulations are followed by customers and staff.
6. Educate store staff and customers about asset protection policies.
7. Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and loss prevention.
8. Monitor customer and employee behavior in order to deter theft and other criminal activities.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
