5. Implement and enforce Big Lots' asset protection policies and procedures.
6. Identify potential security risks and provide solutions to mitigate these risks.
7. Develop and implement security awareness programs for employees.
8. Monitor surveillance systems and conduct investigations as needed.
9. Train and supervise Asset Protection Officers and other security personnel.
10. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
