At Bharti Airtel, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and take our customer service to the next level. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who can bring their creative problem-solving skills to the table and help us maintain the highest standard of customer service.The ideal candidate should have a degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telecoms or technology organization. In addition, knowledge of customer service best practices and an understanding of customer service operations are essential.We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and has a professional, personable, and friendly attitude. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
