
Customer Grievance Officer
We at Bharti Airtel are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Grievance Officer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and problem solver, with a strong focus on customer service. They must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role.Our Customer Grievance Officer will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. They must be able to take ownership of tasks and provide timely updates to customers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting. Above all, they must be dedicated to providing superior customer service and be driven to exceed customer expectations.
