
Vice President, US Region Sales Enablement
At Becton Dickinson (BD), we are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Vice President, US Region Sales Enablement to join our team. The VP will be responsible for driving the performance of our sales teams and transforming our sales enablement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and leading successful sales enablement initiatives with a focus on driving organizational performance.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of sales enablement experience leading a large team, preferably in a healthcare/life sciences organization. They must also possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, and have a proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Additionally, the VP must have a deep understanding of the importance of sales enablement, and be able to effectively drive change and build a culture of high performance.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about transforming our sales team and who can work collaboratively with our senior leadership team to achieve our ambitious goals.
