  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive public affairs strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and goals.
  2. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the organization and its values to the public, media, and other external stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
  4. Monitor and analyze public policy and regulatory developments that may impact the company and develop appropriate responses.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for public affairs initiatives.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and communications to various audiences, including internal teams, external stakeholders, and media.
  7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in public affairs and use this knowledge to continuously improve the company's approach.
  8. Manage a team of professionals in the public affairs department, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  9. Proactively identify and manage potential issues or crises that may impact the company's reputation.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums to promote awareness of the company's mission and achievements.
