Becton Dickinson, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Total Rewards Associate Director to lead our total rewards function in the SEA & ANZ region.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies for the SEA & ANZ region.
  2. Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in total rewards, particularly in the SEA & ANZ markets.
  3. Lead and manage the total rewards function for the region, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in total rewards programs across the region.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of current total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
  6. Design and implement new total rewards initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on local compensation and benefits practices in the SEA & ANZ markets.
  8. Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on total rewards related matters.
  9. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in regards to total rewards programs.
  10. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and success of total rewards programs.
  11. Analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions on total rewards strategies.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to total rewards programs.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners related to total rewards programs.
  14. Develop and deliver trainings and workshops on total rewards programs for employees and HR teams.
  15. Continuously evaluate and adjust total rewards programs to meet the changing needs of the organization and its employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards, Compensation, And Benefits Functions, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local And Regional Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Project Management Skills.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Total Rewards Strategies And Programs That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Employee Engagement And Retention.
