- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the San Antonio, Houston, and Rio Grande Valley areas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approach accordingly
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on industry developments
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales Or Account Management
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets In A Similar Territory
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Knowledge Of Medical Products And Services
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers In The Designated Territory.
