- Operate and maintain production machinery during night shift to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure high quality and precision in production.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to provide updates on production status and any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and any issues encountered during production.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new processes to continuously improve production methods.
- Conduct training for new team members and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Comply with all regulatory and company policies and procedures related to production and safety.
Experience With Operating And Troubleshooting Technical Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Operating And Maintaining Technical Equipment In A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Gmp And Safety Regulations: As A Medical Technology Company, Becton Dickinson Places A High Importance On Following Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Maintaining A Safe Working Environment. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Regulations.
Ability To Work Night Shifts: This Position Specifically Requires The Ability To Work Night Shifts, Typically From 10 Pm To 6 Am. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Availability And Willingness To Work During These Hours.
