Technical Operator - Moulding

At Becton Dickinson, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Operator - Moulding to join our innovative and customer-focused manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our moulding equipment and associated processes. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing team and will play a key role in ensuring that our moulded products are consistently produced to the highest quality standards.We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience in moulding and injection moulding processes, and a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, while also having the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a plastic injection moulding environment, with an understanding of the principles of plastics processing.
