- Develop, implement and maintain the risk management process for all products and processes within the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards and risks associated with products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks to patients and users.
- Conduct risk analyses and evaluations of new and existing products to identify potential safety issues.
- Lead and facilitate risk management meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate and present risk management findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Review and analyze complaint data to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to risk management and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments in developing risk management processes and identifying potential risks.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to risk management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train and mentor other team members on risk management principles and processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management process and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all risk management activities are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
