  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical technology.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations and reimbursement policies.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, and effectively manage territory budget and expenses.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
  10. Lead and mentor sales representatives in the territory, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  11. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our brand and products.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  14. Stay updated on new product developments and industry advancements to effectively position our products in the market.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Sr. Territory Manager At Becton Dickinson Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.
