Sr. Specialist, Post Market Surveillance

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our medical products meet applicable regulations and standards. This individual must be a highly organized self-starter with strong knowledge of medical device regulations and a commitment to quality and patient safety.The ideal candidate should have a degree in a scientific or engineering field, with at least three years of experience in post market surveillance in the medical device industry. This person should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of the global regulatory environment and knowledge of risk management principles. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate medical products to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
2. Identify and assess potential safety risks associated with medical products.
3. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to reduce potential risks.
4. Monitor and investigate customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
5. Provide guidance and direction to other team members on post market surveillance related matters.
6. Prepare and submit reports on post market surveillance activities to relevant regulatory bodies.
7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in global regulations.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and patient safety is maintained.
9. Develop and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies.
10. Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
