Sr. Specialist, Post Market Quality

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-market quality experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 regulations. The Sr. Specialist, Post Market Quality will play an essential role in ensuring the quality of our products, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop post-market quality standards in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 regulations.
2. Monitor and investigate customer complaints, product returns, and field actions.
3. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to ensure continuous product quality improvement.
4. Prepare post-market quality reports and communicate quality issues to management.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Develop post-market quality training and education materials.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical device regulations and industry trends.
9. Participate in internal audits and external customer audits.
10. Identify process and system weaknesses and recommend improvement activities.
