  1. Support the execution of clinical studies and trials by coordinating and managing all aspects of the research process.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical research.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
  5. Monitor and report on study progress, including enrollment, data collection, and analysis.
  6. Participate in the planning and design of clinical studies, including protocol development and study budgeting.
  7. Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date on relevant industry developments and emerging trends.
  8. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports, such as investigational new drug applications and study protocols.
  9. Contribute to the development of study materials, including informed consent forms and case report forms.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for the clinical research process and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards for conducting clinical research.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clinical Affairs team.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research Or Clinical Affairs, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Medical Devices And Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
