  1. Develop and implement quality engineering strategies and processes to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and investigations of product defects or failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality and reliability.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to medical technology and healthcare solutions.
  5. Lead and participate in quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain quality control processes, including inspection plans, testing protocols, and quality metrics.
  7. Train and mentor junior quality engineers on best practices and quality standards.
  8. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  9. Communicate quality-related issues and updates to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Act as a liaison with suppliers and external partners to ensure their compliance with quality standards and requirements.
  11. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and validation protocols.
  12. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that quality is considered throughout the design and development process.
  13. Participate in risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
  14. Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting a sense of ownership and accountability for product quality.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate quality metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems, Regulations, And Standards Such As Iso 13485, Fda Qsr, And Mdd.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives, Including Process Validation And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
