
Senior Executive Search Partner
At Becton Dickinson, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Executive Search Partner to join our dynamic team of professionals. The Senior Executive Search Partner will be responsible for leading our executive search efforts, driving the recruitment process, and identifying, evaluating, and onboarding executive talent.The ideal candidate for this role will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be an exceptional team player, and have an in-depth understanding of executive search processes and best practices. They must also be experienced in managing complex projects, possess an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of the industry, and have a successful track record of recruiting and onboarding senior executives.Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of ten years of experience in executive search. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, as well as a demonstrated understanding of the hiring process, is also required.
Responsibilities for the Senior Executive Search Partner role include:
- Lead executive search efforts to identify, evaluate, and onboard executive talent.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting and recruiting executive-level candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive search firms, industry associations, and other sources of executive talent.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for senior executives.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with executive candidates and facilitate the negotiation process.
- Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for improving the executive search process.
- Monitor and assess executive search results and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a network of executive-level contacts.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure that executive search initiatives are in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
