Senior Engineer, R&D

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Research and Development team at Becton Dickinson. They will possess a combination of technical skills, experience in product design, and strong leadership abilities.To be successful in this role, the Senior Engineer must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, along with several years of relevant experience in R&D. 5. Conduct research to identify new technologies that can improve existing products.
6. Develop technical documentation and training materials.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
8. Monitor engineering processes and optimize them for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
10. Remain up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations.
