  • Prior Experience In Operating Rubber Molding Presses: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Operating Rubber Molding Presses, With A Strong Understanding Of The Process And Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Rubber Molding Techniques And Materials: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Rubber Molding Techniques And Materials, Such As Injection Molding, Compression Molding, And Silicone Rubber.

  • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: A Successful Rubber Molding Press Operator Must Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Consistently Produce High-Quality Products That Meet Becton Dickinson's Standards.
