  1. Lead and develop a sales team: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets and exceed expectations.
  2. Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  3. Expand market share: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share within the designated region.
  4. Develop sales plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor sales performance: Regularly review sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet sales targets.
  6. Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  9. Provide sales training: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  10. Represent the company: Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
  11. Manage budgets: Develop and manage budgets for the sales team, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  12. Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  13. Foster a positive work culture: Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
  14. Provide regular updates: Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  15. Continuously improve: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to drive sales growth and enhance the overall performance of the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Sales And/Or Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Sales Team, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Landscape, Including Understanding Of Key Stakeholders And Decision-Making Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Customers.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
