- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the product development process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
- Communicate quality-related issues and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor and address customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess quality performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Device Manufacturing
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Quality Tools Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Design Of Experiments
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Lead Quality Improvement Projects.
