  1. Conduct quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with the production team to address and resolve issues.
  3. Perform data analysis and maintain accurate records of quality control data to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  6. Communicate quality control findings and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for necessary updates to company practices.
  8. Train and mentor new quality control team members and provide ongoing support and guidance to existing team members.
  9. Regularly review and update quality control documentation and reports to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Becton Dickinson, promoting our commitment to quality and safety in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
