  1. Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of business operations in the event of unexpected disruptions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks and threats to the business.
  3. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  4. Monitor and evaluate existing business continuity processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Communicate and educate employees on business continuity procedures and protocols.
  6. Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
  7. Manage the budget and resources allocated for business continuity initiatives.
  8. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
  9. Coordinate response and recovery efforts in the event of a crisis or disaster.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of business continuity plans and any identified risks.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business continuity planning.
  12. Mentor and train team members on business continuity principles and practices.
  13. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of business continuity.
  14. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance business resilience.
  15. Maintain documentation of all business continuity plans and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Specifically In The Field Of Business Continuity Planning And Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Business Continuity Planning, Such As Iso 22301.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery On Time And Within Budget.
