Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Production Technician 1 At Becton Dickinson Should Possess At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Manufacturing Setting, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Attention To Detail: The Production Technician 1 Will Be Responsible For Performing Repetitive Tasks And Ensuring Accuracy And Precision In Their Work. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Maintaining Quality Standards.

  • Team Player: This Position Requires Collaboration And Teamwork With Other Production Technicians, Engineers, And Quality Control Personnel. Candidates Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
