  1. Develop and implement new and improved manufacturing processes to meet company goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions.
  4. Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  5. Utilize statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
  7. Participate in the design and validation of new equipment and processes.
  8. Train and mentor production personnel on proper process procedures and techniques.
  9. Stay current with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of process changes and improvements.

  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for new product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Such As Injection Molding, Extrusion, And Assembly.

  • Experience With Process Validation, Statistical Process Control, And Quality Systems (E.g. Iso, Fda Regulations).

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Processes To Improve Efficiency And Quality.
