  1. Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Keep accurate records of production activities, including equipment maintenance, production output, and any issues encountered.
  7. Communicate any production issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  8. Continuously monitor and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a productive and safe environment.
  12. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
  13. Adhere to company values and promote a positive work culture.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Qualifications
