- Operate and maintain molding machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and document any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of medical devices, following detailed instructions and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and protocols.
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Continuously strive to improve production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on new equipment and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Previous Experience: At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Molding Or Plastics Production Setting.
Technical Skills: Knowledge Of Molding Machines And Equipment, As Well As A Basic Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
Attention To Detail: Ability To Closely Monitor And Inspect Molding Processes To Ensure Quality Control Standards Are Met.
Teamwork: Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Other Team Members And Shift Leaders.
Physical Ability: Capable Of Standing, Walking, And Lifting Up To 50 Pounds For Extended Periods Of Time. Must Also Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced, Physically Demanding Environment.
