In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within the non-acute and point of care segments in your assigned territory. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative products and solutions.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth within the non-acute and point of care segments in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand our customer base in the non-acute and point of care markets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support product launches and promotions and ensure customer needs are met.
  5. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and their benefits.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to network, promote our products, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our company's CRM system.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively communicate and educate customers on our offerings.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  13. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, acting as a brand ambassador for Becton Dickinson.
  15. Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, attend meetings, and participate in events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Non-Acute And Point Of Care Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Hospital Administrators.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Non-Acute And Point Of Care Healthcare Landscape, Including Regulatory Requirements And Purchasing Processes.
