
Non-Acute and Point of Care Territory Manager

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth within the non-acute and point of care segments in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand our customer base in the non-acute and point of care markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support product launches and promotions and ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and their benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to network, promote our products, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively communicate and educate customers on our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, acting as a brand ambassador for Becton Dickinson.
- Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, attend meetings, and participate in events as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Non-Acute And Point Of Care Market.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Hospital Administrators.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Non-Acute And Point Of Care Healthcare Landscape, Including Regulatory Requirements And Purchasing Processes.
