  4. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.

  6. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
  7. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain accurate records and document production data for reporting purposes.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency in production.
  11. Train and mentor new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math And Reading Skills Necessary For Operating A Molding Machine.

  • Previous Experience In Manufacturing Or Machine Operation: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Or Machine Operation, Preferably In A Medical Device Manufacturing Environment.   • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: As A Molding Machine Operator, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Maintain High-Quality Standards. This Includes Monitoring The Production Process, Inspecting Finished Products, And Identifying And Correcting Any Defects.
