Job Description

At Becton Dickinson, we are looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and has a successful track record of building relationships and exceeding sales goals. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to drive growth in a given territory. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the medical sales industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of medical sales experience, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales plan to drive growth in a given territory.
  2. Utilize knowledge of the medical sales industry to effectively promote Becton Dickinson's products and services.
  3. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, such as physicians and healthcare professionals.
  4. Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
  5. Monitor competitors and market trends in order to stay up-to-date and remain competitive.
  6. Prepare and present reports on sales performance and progress.
  7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  8. Adhere to all applicable laws and company policies.
