- Develop and implement medical affairs strategies and plans for the Advanced Access Devices division
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in relation to medical devices
- Serve as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, providing expert medical knowledge and support
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and launch of safe and effective products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical associations to further enhance the company's reputation and credibility
- Monitor and analyze clinical data and literature to identify any potential safety concerns or product issues
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on product knowledge and medical communication
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations, and proactively recommend changes or updates to internal processes and procedures
- Represent the company at medical conferences, events, and other relevant forums to enhance brand awareness and promote products.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (Such As Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
Strong Understanding Of Advanced Access Devices And Their Clinical Applications, As Well As Relevant Regulations And Guidelines (Such As Fda Regulations And Iso Standards)
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Regulatory Agencies, And Kols
Prior Experience In Project Management And Leadership, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
