As the Marketing Manager for Pharmacy Automation Retail GSA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and market share.   1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales and increase market share for pharmacy automation retail products in the GSA sector.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry and retail market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  4. Create and manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all marketing activities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, retail pharmacies, and industry associations.
  6. Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  7. Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  8. Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and support their efforts to drive revenue.
  11. Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on marketing initiatives to inform future strategies.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance in all marketing efforts.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  15. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote and position pharmacy automation retail products in the GSA sector.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Retail Sales And Marketing Strategies.
