- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of processes.
- Create and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
- Train and educate team members on new processes and changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials and equipment.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide recommendations for equipment or technology upgrades to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Participate in project teams to support new product development and launches.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Understanding Of Process Engineering Principles And Methodologies, Including Six Sigma And Lean Manufacturing.
Experience With Process Improvement And Optimization, Including Root Cause Analysis And Problem-Solving Techniques.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
