  1. Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process-related issues.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process failures to ensure high quality and reliability.
  4. Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize the manufacturing process.
  6. Lead process improvement projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth operation of processes.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to ensure Becton Dickinson remains at the forefront of innovation.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on process performance and improvement initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements in all process-related activities.
  13. Proactively identify risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  14. Participate in audits and inspections and assist in addressing any findings related to manufacturing processes.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline existing processes to achieve operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Manufacturing And Six Sigma.

  • Experience With Process Validation And Equipment Qualification In Accordance With Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
