11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to research and evaluate new materials and equipment for process improvement.

13. Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
14. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
