
Manufacturing Planner
Becton Dickinson is seeking an experienced and organized Manufacturing Planner to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in manufacturing and planning, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. They should be able to take initiative and be an active participant in process improvement and cost reduction projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective production plans to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the supply chain to ensure that materials are available when needed.
- Monitor production performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
- Create accurate and detailed reports on production performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction projects.
- Analyze production data and develop strategies to optimize production.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

At Least - Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment
