Manufacturing Manager

Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. You should also have at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations and at least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role. 8. Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and ensure efficient use of resources.
9. Provide leadership and motivation to team members.
10. Maintain updated records of production operations and staff performance.
