
Manager of Sales Enablement and Clinical Excellence
At Becton Dickinson, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Manager of Sales Enablement and Clinical Excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who has the drive and determination to create and implement effective sales enablement initiatives.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales enablement or clinical excellence position. They should possess a deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop and implement sales enablement solutions.We are also looking for a candidate who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, and who is passionate about providing our sales team with the tools and resources they need to be successful.
