1. Develop and implement financial strategy and transformation initiatives for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) division.
2. Identify key areas for improvement within the ISC division and develop action plans to drive positive change.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to senior management.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
5. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the ISC division.
6. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and drive business growth.
7. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
8. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their growth and development.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and strategies.
10. Partner with other departments, such as Operations and Sales, to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
11. Communicate financial performance and progress on transformation initiatives to key stakeholders.
12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
13. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the company's mission and values.
