We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Manager, HR to join the Human Resources team at Becton Dickinson. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be able to manage our HR operational needs and provide strategic HR guidance to our company.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with at least five years of experience in an HR-related role. A successful candidate will also have strong knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Stay up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and disputes.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and feedback.
- Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and tact.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HR activities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
