We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Manager, HR to join the Human Resources team at Becton Dickinson. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be able to manage our HR operational needs and provide strategic HR guidance to our company.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with at least five years of experience in an HR-related role. A successful candidate will also have strong knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
3. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
4. Stay up to date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Develop and execute training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
6. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and disputes.
7. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and feedback.
8. Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and tact.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HR activities.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
