- Lead a team of customer engagement and insights specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Conduct regular evaluations of customer engagement programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and insights into product design and development.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to gather insights and feedback on their needs and experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and gather customer insights.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for customer engagement and insights initiatives.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization and promote the importance of customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Engagement And Insights, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies, Data Analysis, And Customer Segmentation Strategies.
