1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive calibration and equipment maintenance program for all equipment used in the company's operations.
2. Create and implement standard operating procedures for the calibration and maintenance of equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
3. Schedule and coordinate routine and preventative maintenance activities for all equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
4. Manage a team of technicians responsible for performing calibration and maintenance tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
