  1. Operate and maintain sterilization equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.
  3. Monitor and record equipment performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production output and quality.
  4. Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and timely production processes.
  6. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operating Sterilization Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Operating Sterilization Equipment Such As Autoclaves, Ethylene Oxide (Eto) Sterilizers, Or Gamma Irradiation Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Sterilization Techniques And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Sterilization Methods, Standards, And Regulations Is Essential For A Machine Operator In The Sterilization Department. This Includes Knowledge Of Iso, Fda, And Other Industry-Specific Guidelines.

  • Attention To Detail And Quality Control: The Machine Operator Must Be Detail-Oriented And Possess Excellent Quality Control Skills To Ensure That All Equipment And Processes Are Functioning Correctly And That Products Are Sterilized According To Specifications.

  • Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills: The Job Requires Operating Complex Machinery, Troubleshooting Technical Issues, And Performing Routine Maintenance Tasks. Thus, The Candidate Should Have Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills To Handle These Tasks Efficiently.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: In The Sterilization Department, The Machine Operator Will Be Responsible For Processing A High Volume Of Products Within Tight Timelines. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure And Meet Production Goals Without Compromising On Quality.
