  • Develop and maintain strong expertise in laboratory automation and informatics technology and solutions offered by Becton Dickinson.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on Becton Dickinson's laboratory automation and informatics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve laboratory processes and patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in laboratory automation and informatics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and development.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Becton Dickinson's laboratory automation and informatics solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue potential business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support cases, and other relevant data.
  • Represent Becton Dickinson at conferences, events, and industry meetings to promote our laboratory automation and informatics solutions and gather market insights.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Laboratory Automation And Informatics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Workflows, Data Management, And Integration Of Laboratory Instruments And Software.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams And Providing Technical Support To Customers In The Emea Region.
