  1. Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with various departments including purchasing, production, and sales to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  5. Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory levels and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for inventory management processes.
  9. Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously review and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Inventory Levels And Demand Forecasts.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
