  13. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest new ideas for process optimization.
  14. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of R&D Processes And Experience In Product Development

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Support Clients And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced Environment.
